Do some research before you run your mouth, a FULL 40% of your economy comes from NorthAmericans, if the expats and tourists pulled their money out the CR economy would collapse 10x worse than the U.S. economy is collapsing right now, not only are they NOT a drain on your economy,they are the greatest source of revenue and CR would be reduced back to a third world agricultural economy like Nicaragua or Guatemala.
