  • Well I will tell ya one thing, Rick sure isnt hurting any from all this good cooking, lol..Ive never eaten snow peas like that before..only in stir fry...are they soft or tough when u eat them? Those sure looked nice and large coming from a grocery store..dont think I have ever seen them packaged that way...guess I will have to go check out Kroger's again, lol...right now Im growing peas outside in containers running up some some plastic netting..hope they look as yummy as those...Angie in AR

  • Hi Betty, Just watched your cameo shot on ABC News. Congrats! Careful girl, you could end up on food TV. I love this whole dinner, with the coconut shrimp, and curried rice. I'm going to try it this weekend. Tell me about the heat factor on the curry powder you're using. I know there are several levels of heat in curry. Is it the curry powder or some other ingredient that gives the heat?

  • @dburns163 Hi! Thanks for your lovely comment! I honestly do not know a lot about curry, but I'm sure my viewers can answer your question. I found the curry I used (which was just labeled "curry powder") to be mild, but distinctive.
