None of the enemies have anything interesting to say in this game. The surrounding people (Drebin, Big Mama) do all the explaining for them. All of the MSG1 and MSG2 boss fights were preceded and followed by awesome speeches. The fights in this game are really incredible, though.

Actually that whole Motorcycle Chase/battle was an homage to MGS3 (there are alot of these in MGS4 apparently) and youre right Vash, she did get punctured by that branch in the exact same spot in MGS3, the Crash was the exact same as well if you look at it again.
