7002317: the tempo was obviously supposed to be way faster at the end. and also, if you look at the size of the band, the fact they are inside, and the guard uniforms, they are probably a winter band which tends to be less hardcore and doesn't always rehearse enough to memorize music. it's just supposed to be fun without all the work that goes into a regular marching show.
