Obama has been prez. for 267 days......not even one full year. In a country as large as America it is not possible to snap your fingers and enstate changes. There is a political process called 'democracy' involved, meaning that the majority of people have to agree with the motion. THIS is where the process is stalling! I cannot believe that you expect him to have saved the world by day 267.
