  • Much props on that, i've been practicing parallel bar excercises for a while too, i can lift myself into a handstand but i guess i haven't gottn the nerve to do a handstand on the bars the way i do on the ground, but seeing you do it the way you did has me ready to go run to the park right this minute and do it! Haha! Great stuff, hope to see more, i think i'll be posting my own videos soon as well!

  • you should try that from an elevated v up (the way bruce lee use to hold his legs up) then go from there to a handstand without bending your knees and elbows.
