Japanese Spiderman came out in 1978. neither 1st Power Rangers (1993) nor 3rd Super Sentai (1979) existed at the time.
1975 - Goranger (1st SS)
1977 - Jakq (2nd SS)
1978 - Japanese Spiderman
1979 - Battle Fever (3rd SS, 1st SS to have a robot)
1992 - Zyuranger (16th SS)
1993 - Mighty Morphn Power Rangers (1st PR, adaptation of 16th SS)
if you have never seen any Super Sentai, the original Japanese version of Power Rangers, look at my favorites (Sunao).
