I had enough of these tuned demomachines.
They are tuned for speed not for precision. And if anyone is bying this demomachine, the first thing to do is to tune it down. It has no precision at all!

Yes, 40K rpm is very fast.
But WTF are you talking about in regards to Fanuc? Fanuc makes spindle motors that go up much higher than 8000 rpm. It's just your shitty machine that tops out at 8000 because you bought the cheapest one!

We have a PFH 4800 at our shop. We only machine aluminum with it and its loud as hell, even with door closed and the coolant flying. How did they run it so quiet for this video?

Why use the ball nose all the way through?why didn't you jsut rough it out with a normal end mill then come through with a ball nose?
