I'm in Nova Scotia. We get itty bitty hailstorms once every like 10 years lol. I've only ever seen 2 in my lifetime and that was enough for me. The last hailstorm we had in lik 96-97 produced an f0 tornado like an hour from here. I was so scared. haha
Shit, that sucks so bad. If I lived in an area where that kind of weather happened more often than not...I'd be too scared to own a brand new car...or one that sexy. =/
Yeah, and the owner received only $1300 from insurance for the damage. Although the BMW dealership suggests repainting the entire roof, hood and trunk. So $1300 won't be enough for that.
I am a reporter for TV-13 News and we had this storm up there on Friday. One of my friends has some amazing footage from Jim Thorpe he shot on his personal camera that I will upload...The tornadic part of the storm passed directly over the tv station, I was on the phone with EMA center when it passed...amazing--we had hail like you guys did.
