Yes, the artists might appreciate it, but I don't think this really ruins anything seeing as the video has been out since before Christmas. Some artists like to show the behind the scenes before the video comes out, but obviously this isn't from Beyonce. In the end, her record label is in charge of distribution, not her, so if this leaked, it was because of someone associated with filming the video.
