What level range works in the new dungeon. Since you start getting blue mob xp/drop penalty in palmir at lvl 112+ id expect logically a 110+ party should be allowed to kill in the new dungeon. You shouldnt be forced to kill blue dungeon mobs all the way to 120 to be able to move up.

you can go at 11x if you want, you dont have to go at 12x.
