@MoreMotala Well, how fit are you? how much work do you do while you train? if you are riding out doors, are you hammering it? for how long? do you have a technique when you are climbing? when you are down hill? how fast are you riding when you're on a flat? how many hours do you really train for? sprints are not effective in any way..it is anaerobic exercise and does not benefit ur body in any way possible..only used in real life races at the end of the race to reach that finish line..but this is training remember..intensive interval is by far the hardest type of training..
dude this guy talks slow. plus the class seems boring just cycling/spinning. the spinning class i take is much more intense than this. its kind of funny how these people are cheering over a small count...and half of them arent even sweating...STALE!
Not sweating, too easy....add resistance!! Short sprints on high resistance are one of the toughest things to do in a spinning class - if, that is, you're doing it properly!

anaerobic training only makes your heart work more efficient.... it is ok to go anaerobic some.....it is a training effect... go johnny g
