Hey hey from an Epsilon Gamma (aka Eastern Illinois University) Tri Delta! I met some of your members at RLC & they were very sweet & nice! Just wanted to stop by & say, "Hi!"
well stereotypically they are very conservative. they dress preppy (khakis, polos) very clean cut and such.
We still try to give that very responsible look off as far as drinking, drugs and swearing goes. But I would say personally my sorority is not necessarily conservative or democratic.

Out of curiosity, when fraternities and sororities recruit, why do they call it a rush? I tried a fraternity once but I never asked the question.

maybe because you try to get to know everyone in the fraternity or sorority quickly??
