that kicked ass dude realy enjoyed it dont know why anyone mentioned the fingers being curled in, if you wach steve forte he does the same thing and what do you mean your doing it the wrong way it looks great the way your doing it .
well i was told that instead of holding back the block of cards i should let it riffle off my thumbs... which makes it less of a block estimation task and more of a timing issue... i had put in lots of practice with the estimation technique but when i started the timing practice i found the readjustment tough and i gave up on it altogether :(
well what u say is right but one can not and should not go on doing their own stuff for no body can ever be right all the time... so it makes sense to listen to all the criticism and remarks ... to be frank with u i never get to interact with magicians in real life nor is there any gambling in my country ... so its not possible for me to know the right way.... this particular advice was given to me by a really top notch card handler so i just can't ignore it.... :)
@TheBradTobin since when does a 5 card block become suspiciouse. and yes i agree in some cases a closed shuffle is better than an open shuffle. i know that because some pro does something doesnt make it good, but do you know who steve forte hes considered by all magicians to be the best card tecqnician in the world hands down, no debate about it.look him up.
simple answer i m not that good :) also i was told that i was doing it the wrong way ... so have kind of given it up and unfortunately have not started working rigorously on the right way yet.

@UnknownMagician93 steve forte curls his fingers in too like that what the do you think the problem with that is.

@TheBradTobin Uncurled fingers helps hide blocks easier. just because a pro does something one way doesnt necessarily mean its the right way
