the writers of this series don't know God and His angels. Come on..demons are fallen angels..and they can't even face God's angels..and WE humans are more powerful than demons..they fear us, that's why they use our ignorance of God to mess with us..they try their hardest to make Us far from God so we can't know the purpose why God has created us.. And hey, angels also has free will like us, that's why there are fallen angels(demons), they chose to rebel against God and ofcourse they fail.
