i have this player and a problem : when i want to transfer music, my creative centrale does not "read" the music from my stick. i set it to see music from my stick, it worked for a few times, but now it doesn't works anymore. i can see the folders from my stick but they are empty. it works only if i copy the music to the hdd, it can read it then. do you know what can i do?
My mistake, on the video they show that you can, sorry lol. The reason why I thought you couldn't play the radio without earphones is because I have a creative zen vision m so it doesn't work with mine :)
for freezes and other problems try this:

I don't think you can since the earphones are used as the antena.

You can´t play the radio without earphones. Earphones are used as anntena.
