@omarbon23 it means you pull off to the 10th fret.......meaning when you place your finger on the 12th to play the note keep a finger on the 10th fret behind it. As soon as you play the note pull the finger that was on the 12th fret off quickly so the note changes to whatever note the 10th fret is.

For those who are frustrated with this "tutorial" you should definitely check out their tabs page for this song (I promise I'm not trying to sponsor them or anything), but if you can see the tabs and how they play it, it's much easier to follow.

As for the strumming pattern, for one bar, do: down down up-down-up

For the Verse, it's two bars per chord, for the Chorus, it's 1 bar per chord.

Once you get the hang of the basics, you can start jazzing it up a little and you'll get it eventually.
