Your extensions look really good. Not everyone can pull it off-a lot of the time they look stringy and fake, but these look great on you. I used to have clip ins a few years ago before my hair grew long. These are great for parties etc

You better not cut it! It doesn't grow back and it looks great. How would you wash the thing? Do you take it all out and then have to put the pieces back in? I guess the maintenance would be a pain.

You look great with long long hair, but it kind of gives you a 'hippy' look (if that's what your intention is). I think cut the hair a 'little' shorter. By the way, you look great at 41.
