i have a lvl 35 Stone/Stone tank and its just really slow, and it doesn't help that i get so bored that i make a new character after being on him for 15 minutes ^_^ Still don't have the epics T_T

there is no power chossing.. the PB has 2 sets of powers.. 1 for the primary and 1 for the secondary
