I am big yes but definately not unhealthy because I know what my body needs suppose to just eating whatever. they need to grow up and realize all of this is over rated and just shows how ignorant and uneducated some of these ppl really are.
i don't find anything wrong with a family member or close friend being concerned about your health and weight. being overweight and unhealthy go hand and hand. And if somebody is showing genuine concern for you in a private personal respectful way, that's fine. it's a good thing and a blessing to have somebody in your life that is concerned about you, and is not afraid to voice their concerns on your behalf.

A thin person can be more unhealthy than a big person.
