Sweet!! And I'd love to find their live version of The Beatles's "Hey Bulldog", which I think was also performed on this show (or maybe another variety show this same year?)

"Charity Ball" has never been my favorite Fanny song, but today I've been listening to a lot of cuts by the "new" Fanny (after they replaced June and Alice) and it's amazing how terrific this song now sounds in comparison. Fanny "phase two" just couldn't hold a candle to the original lineup!

Yeah, I agree the original Fanny is the "classic". The reinvented Fanny was okay but much more commercial and like most other groups that replaced a key member(s) it lost it's "soul" in the process.
