I was hearing Johnny Depp dosn't want to play Riddler because for respect of Heath Ledger. Why don't they just use Philip Seymour Hoffman as The Penguin instead of The Riddler? Philip Seymour Hoffmans a good actor he could make a excellent Penguin.
