My only problem with recording using the Line 6 POD Studio is that the tone almost always comes out kinda muddy for me. Everyone seems happy with it, so I'm guessing it's got a lot to do with how I set up a rig and the EQs. If anyone could give me some pointers for black/death metal, that'd be great.

@CelestialObscurity check the gain, hi gain is not always the wa to go, don't squeeze too much the mid range or your track is going to get lost in the mix, hope it helps a lil.
