A true fan can scream at the T.V. when he is mad at his team. That means you care about the performance on the field. If you didn't care enough to get mad, then you aren't a true fan. I DO agree with you 100% though that the blame for the entire season lies upon the whole "coaching" staff. They aren't coaches.

Tell me something, so if you had a kid who accidentally spilled grape juice on your carpet, would you also scream at the kid for his "performance" and expect any results? These guys don't get paid to play. A team is how you pull together in the hard times to press on thru to success. Success isn't always winning. Learn from the mistakes now to improve the game tomorrow.

i agree with you. allthough i was too young to remember all the husker national championships, ive seen the games and watched the replays and i love the huskers, win or loose. I hope osborne becomes the coach, let nancy get angry at him! i think he will be the coach no matter what nancy says, because he cares for nebraska bunches. Go huskers!

Osborne is too old and he wouldn't have the drive to turn a program around that has been run through the mud like our present set of coaches have done. Besides, would you want Osborne to have a heart attack? He retired because of health problems back in 1997.
