Though I can't answer for everything in the video, most of them are basic effects in newer versions of Sony Vegas. Along with the 3D editing pieces are also basic in SV, you can find them on the side-bar. If this helps any.

I'm not all that knowledgeable on 3D editing but.. Click on Compositing Mode on the side-bar, the two little green boxes layered over one another and click 3D source alpha, then click Track Motion that's also on the side-bar. You can mess around with it or look up a tutorial on 3D editing for Sony Vegas, a lot of 3D editing is done in this video. Such as in the opening.

@SmartyPie373 I think (and I'm sure) that uses two programs for their videos, After Effects for 3d effects and sony vegas for everything else. you can try 3D effects with SV, it works, but it is not as professional as using After Effects
