I slew down and toatlly stopped at 4:44...then I got my game face back on finished! This has shown me that I need to do this as my entry until I can get through the whole thing for a week without stopping, then I can move on to the real deal! lol

I literally did this tonight with the 30 mins fit test right before it, as part of the first day of the second month, and boy was it HARD. Did really well everything considered, jocelynd80 is definitely pushing it to the max.

it burns 1000 calories, PLUS your metabolism (as a result of these workouts AND your Elite Nutrition Plan) is jacked up, primed to burn EVEN MORE CALORIES FOR THE REST OF THE DAY, however less and less THROUGHOUT that day (just like a fire in the fireplace slowly going out after you've been stoking it with kindling for an hour), and THAT, coupled with the immense satisfaction of finishing your most dreaded daily task first, is why it's better to workout in the MORNING, versus the EVENING!

I really like your videos a lot better than other people who show a few pictures and talk about what happened you are showing your workouts and showing clips not just a straight walkthrough. Anyways Im on day 3 and hope to have your form someday
