Awesome, simply awesome video. Just love your music choices and some spectacular stills. Lola you have one super sweet smile. I was looking for it to break after a month on the trail but it grew stronger as the miles went by. Congrats to you guys, you look like a perfect pair trail majic is quit special and will be remembered forever!

Excited I got an honorable mention (pic). Loved our steak dinner on the Ga portion of the trail. If I remember correctly... Lola ate one steak and Sunrise had his 6.

BTW I'm through-hiking the AT in 2013. Thanks for entertaining a stranger for a night in 2010 and inspiring him.

@johnbryantbaker What to thank you for not only sharing your video but sharing your music. Found Valley 5 months ago, then purchased all that I could find from John Butler Trio. LOVE THEM!!! They played Portland State Theater the end of July and it was by far one of the best shows I had ever seen, inspiring. : ) Once again, thank you for the share.

@tcrawford2013 My trip will be in 2013 as well. Getting my ducks in a row right now. Already talked with some others attempting it as well. I just started a FB group if you are on there. It's called 2013 Appalachian Trail Thru Hikers. Join up. The 2012 group I think have benefited from doing the same. The all share info with each other and talk to others that have already done it. I hope to see you and your husband out there next year.

I leave again for my next AT section hike April 7, 2011. I have watched your movie many times as it makes me smile just to watch. Your enthusiasm, positive attitude and clear happiness to be with each other in the outdoors is awesome. I find myself watching just to smile. You left 2 weeks before I started last year.
