You're dumb. Starr was kicked out sometime during 1993. He couldn't put up with the rigors of touring and wanted to be with family more. Mike Inez has been the bassist for 17 years. He played with Ozzy.

Mike seems really down to earth and he reminds me of my best friend who died in 2004 of cirrhosis of the liver.I wish Mike all the best in recovery and all the best with his newband "motorcade" . Work those steps brother and take it one day@ a time.

Hm, I don't know for sure. I read his biography (Unchained) and it says he left it, but shortly after regret this and said he wanted to stay in the band. They (esp. Jerry) said it was too late. Mike was also on heroine those days and I think 2 badass junkies just were too much for one band...
