Fucking looove it mate, youve got serious style I actually prefer the controled speed to some performers who just go all out and try and wow with rapid pace. Have been in thailand for an age and am trying to learn since ive been back.

those are nice poi, and your really good. Nice and clean, you make it look really flowing and easy. Ignore any one who says otherwise. Definatly right about it being harder with tails. Fire is only ever harder cause of the psych out factor.

Nah. I spin at different speeds depending on the music, my mood, and the poi I'm using. I have plenty of fun regardless of speed.

These days, not much. I've been spinning for about 4 years now but these days, I don't practice very much. I used to practice for 5+ hours a day when I first got into it, but now I'm kinda not so amused... Though, I really want to practice more now that the weather is warming up around here!
