it was really hard for me to adjust to that too, I like to bring the left hand over to hit the middle green note inbetween kick pedals. If you just get used to that it gets easy.

hey alternate between your left and right hands on the right basically like the blue except with more tripple hits, then after each tripple hit hit the red (snare) if it is there, keep practicing youll do it
