Also, here's something that I learned from experience about the dreaded "Chub Rub". I am a thick thigh'd woman, so I discovered that by putting Sure Deodorant under my breasts & between my legs (where my legs tend to rub together, & where my panties rub into the crevice of my legs whenever I walked any distance), I never get Chub Rub any more. Also, my Hubby used Sure on the skin where his t-shirts started rubbing under his arms-due to his accelerated muscle growth! Hope this helps! E

I weight 248.5, I am 5'7.5, & recently (2months ago) I started training with my body builder Husband ( we've been married 13 years this month). Recently, I've lost several inches, but only 11 actual pounds. @tbmera It is going well. I actually took a hiatus from losing weight (but I've been maintaining my weight loss) due to not having the time to focus on it as much as I wanted, and I am just now getting back into it. I lose 4 lbs last week. I will try to post some more in the future.

to get out of a plateau, all you have to do is change something. if you're used to jogging for 20 minutes, try to walk for 40... you keep track with your bug, so try to burn the same calories with a different exercise, or a different amount of the same exercise. your body just gets used to the same old thing.
i hate the eliptical. i think the stride is too short, and my legs cramp up. whereas on the treadmill, i can take my stride as long or short as i need to.

AWESOME WORK! You sound so goal oriented and 200 is very realistic. My top weight at 5'8 was 360 and now I am 235, 200 still my goal. Good for you!
