I don't think they are balloons at all.if they are balloons they would be all traveling at the same speed and in the same direction as they would be affected by the direction of the wind,these are clearly traveling at different speeds and the fourth is moving in a completely different independent direction to the other three

Balloons don't accelerate , on full screen you can see them pass at a steady pace then kick the throttle and shoot off. If you film from a fast car a passing stationary object its passing speed would look fastest at the nearest point and would seem to slow as it gets further away,these objects seem to do the opposite!Five stars,good catch.
