also in Gtr2 , you cannot force the use of the clutch wich seriously sucks if you have a G25 and look for realistic sensations , you can shift gears whithout using the clutch in simulation mode and it is one of the reasons i enjoy more driving rfactor

FYI a Lister Storm changes up through the gears without the clutch.

to be fair though , the immersion is better in GTR2 because of the graphical quality , real time wheather , g forces simulated to the pilot ,and various other stuffs .

But still , rfactor is equal because you have so many mods and also you can really drive realistic with 540° or more rotation while in GTR2 , it is impossible unless you edit every single car with notepad ...

I prefer physics of rfactor but both games offer great sensations , GTR2 is just more accessible and eyecandy

what a load of bull , GTR2 better than rfactor ? Rfactor use a more advanced engine than Gtr2 ... Gtr2 use an older engine of rfactor modified by Simbin .. GTR2 is better graphically yes , better forcedfeedback in GTR2 , true too , but everything else is for rfactor , from netcode to physics , i own both since they're out , basically Gtr2 and rfactor completes each other , but no way GTR2 is clearly better like you said , they are different and i for one prefer rfactor handling and physics

I'm not rfactor fun, or GTR2, in fact i have both of them but this cars has incredible much better handling in rfactor.

This mod is an illegal conversion using the GTR 2 code. essentially it's not a mod. it's a ripoff. SimBin STILL produces the best FIA GT race sims.

This mod is not using GTR2 Code, it's using 3d models, sounds and text files of GTR2 in rF Code.

rFactor's FIA GT is a THIRD PARTY "mod". It's an interpretation.

SimBin uses official, real world GT data.

i agree with elcamo1990... GTR mod in rfactor is only useful if you want to play with the no-lag multiplayer sessions, but GTR2 itself has way better features than rfactor...
