  • @androcci Depends on what is wrong with your vocal cords and if you doctor is correct with the diagnosis. If you are not sure, you can get a second opinion. I list some ENT doctors who specialize in voice on my website: voicedoctor

  • @docvox do you know if there is such a thing as an ENT specialized for singers or any ENT is good to treat my breathy voice? cuz the nearest ENT from your website is like 80 miles away. :/ if you could look into a ENT specialized in singers close by 07442 would great you dont have to do it thou but you would save my voice!!

  • @docvox my voice is been breathy for over 2 years.

  • hi i cant sing my voice is always breathy. i have been trying to sing for almost 2 years but i fail. i went to the ent and he said i have infected vocal chords, and mucus coming down from my nose to my vocal cords. and from the back of my vocal cords acid reflux hits it. so i have swollen, infected, and burnt cords. he told me they will heal in 2 months and gave me antibiotics and acid reflux pills. do you know if i have to stop singing for those 2 months to get my vocal cords back in shape?

  • @androcci Well, if your ENT is correct then you should be better. If he or she is not correct, then you will not likely improve.

  • Thanks for the feedback. More to come.

  • Congratulations on a great presentation. As an Otolaryngology trainee, I find they are all exceptionally helpful. Keep up the great work.
