It wasn't until the sessions under the emperor Constantine that the books of the bible were put together and the rest of the books were thrown out. It was by vote that they quantified the perspective of this "God". It was Constantine himself that decided to stick "anyone that changes a letter or word of this book will burn in hell forever".
