Even if the car is made out of fiberglass, paper or cardboard etc... it would still be to heavy to lift with so few balloons. Helium just doesn't have enough lift.

From looking at the video, I estimate that number of balloons to have only 200 pounds of lifting force. And that's being generous.

It has to be some sort of camera or editing trick.
