  • I didn't realize I could use my theraband for exercises with my legs as well. Thank you for this useful tip. I first got my theraband sent to me from the Arthritis Society and it has been helpful in my physiotherapy of my wrists and arms.

  • omg dont eat bananas if you're trying to LOSE weight. in some countries, the soldiers gave bananas to the starving, scrawny kids so they would GAIN weight and be healthy.

  • The therabands are great products. You might want to consider a FITSTRAP (multifunctional door attachment) that makes using the bands easy and effective.

    what i do in the mornings and nights 25 pushups 25 sit ups and 25 leglifts

    My real exercise 50 pushups 50 situps 50 leglifts 30 minute stairs

    eat high protein foods get a good nght sleep

  • yes, you need to eat the right food and get the right amount of sleep...but these bands slow down muscles and cause them to work harder than just doing the same amount of work without them......

    Dont knock it 'till you try it :)

  • you can still use a theraband to make those ones more challenging and effective. (it's like doing pushups with someone sitting on your back, or leglifts with weights tied to your foot!)
