he is riding a 2 wheeled unicycle. the wheels are one on top of the other and the are so tight that they work like gears. ang to move forward on one of those, you have to move the top wheel backward by pedalling backwards or wheel walking like he was. i hope i helped. :)

no, one wheel is on top of the other if you pause it at 30 sec, you can see that he has an awesome pink wheel, on top of an awesome orange wheel. you can see it really good at 30
