right, the madeleine pan i ordered arrived in the mail and i made some immediately. they were divine. thanks for sharing the recipe.

I made madelines in patty cake pans (i know, it sounds so wrong) and i got the batter right. i searched high and low for a madeline pan, and until i find it, i'll be making them in a patty cake pan. so wrong, ooooh so wrong. but they tasted good.
