The toba culture spreads along borders of Paraguay, Argentina & Southen Bolivia. The tobas are Chaco warriors, they change tactics according to climate, they hunt and fish and use spears to hunt and fight. The cacique chief is called Tubiche. The San Roque fest in Chuquisaca made the toba dance popular, this celebration takes place each year. Unfortunately, neither of the 3 governments have done much for the tobas as they live abandoned & in poverty.
