I've used a JL before. If you let your body coast to the bottom while keeping your feet on the rung it quits turning because the weight of your body is what powers it. Really if one wanted to win this challenge all he/she would have to do is remain still.

@travro25 They altered it. They made it automated so that if you could keep going until you cant anymore.
