  • yes, perfect form!!! maximum kudos!!!

  • Amazing feat of strength, balance and mobility.

  • Dude makes it look hard the way he struggles and hurries, lol.

  • @jgbloyd cause it IS hard!!!!

  • @Shadoweprinz Chinese acrobats make it look easy. This guys looks like he hasn't really done this thoughtfully. He has the strength, however, hasn't learned. First, go really slow. Pause when you shake, explore why, hard to explain unless you explore this a lot. But with better attention, this man could be really impressive. Yet, as now, he is muscling his way threw. Like yoga, or rock climbing, requires patience and willingness to change old way.

  • skills

  • why is this a response to "Taylor Swift Gets PWNED!!" ??????

  • Are you a human being?

  • FIRST PLANCHE WOOP WOOP

  • im 15 have been training for 2 years but still cant do plance :/

    any tips?

  • @parkourip Yes, this tip helped me tremendously: start EVERYTHING from a handstand... Trust me, that does miracles. Contact me Ill give ya a link.

  • thats pretty beasty

  • niceeee

  • well done

  • WOW!!!

    it`s cool!!

  • I rekon he stsopped coz he lost his balance

  • um. holy shit.

  • way 2 go Beast-

    keep it up!

  • @TheKreazn the way hes doing it takes more strength i believe.

  • yeaaah !! that's some real planche-push up !! nice !!

  • Very strong!

  • WTF zohan... now do the no hands!!!!

  • Like most gymnastics strength elements the planche requires a large number of muscle groups. Mostly from the core (abs), also shoulders, triceps, some areas of the pectorals and even back.

  • @smearsmell psudo pushups help build those muscles if im not mistaken

  • Do you know your bench press max? That would be quite interesting as a comparison

  • Sorry but it is not a valid comparison.

Some people say because they can bench their body weight the only thing stopping them from doing planche push ups is balance, but that is not true.

Try setting up under a bench press barbell with the bar over your navel, and bench it from there and you start getting an idea of what goes into planche push ups

  • Very true, couldn't have said it any better. Also the most common standard grip bench press exercise doesn't require nearly as many muscle groups working at the same time as planche pushups do.

  • Tank.

  • how did he work up to that?

  • awesome!!!!

  • haha nice one..

  • is this guy a gymnast? he looks short. does he do the rings?

  • He used to compete and swing rings, but now he just focuses on strength training. As far as his height I would say he is about 5ft. 7" or 5ft. 8" So he isn't short especially compared to the average gymnast. Thanks for the comment

  • wow, how old is he? and he must weigh 150ish, correct? what other feats of strength is he capable of?

  • He is 22 years old, weights about 170 or 175. He can also do a Maltese, Iron cross and Inverted cross on the rings. As well as some various strength exercises like 1 arm chin up and 1 arm pull up.

  • wow, thanks for the quick responses! he weighs over 170 lbs!? thats hard to believe!, especially if he can do an inverted cross and maltese. get some of this on film!

  • In other words, he is a monster. Why doesn't he compete on rings?

  • He competed in highschool, but now attends a college that doesn't have a team. He is focusing on school now and doing workouts such as this to stay in shape.

  • MAQUIA MAQUIA

  • awesome , you make me very jealous :/

    veruy very good job !!

  • haha

  • awesome watch ur tip ? i can hold it with striaght arms..

  • Very nice man, clean!!

  • diezzzz hahah
