@Lazyboy0337 game mechanics are different in the video games and anime. In the anime psychic lifts the foe and throws it. With snorlax's massive bulk, the force of it falling would do a lot of damage.

@dravarian26 Wrong. Snorlax's bulk would cause it to be hard to lift, and it would mearly shrug the attack off. If Snorlax was psychicly thrown into an enemy, then it would do a lot of damage.

It's all about brain power and they constantly talk about how psyduck is amazingly awesome when it gets that headache and lifts stuff that would in any other situation be too heavy for it. That's why its psychic and not just strength or something.

There are a couple episode where he just makes stuff up and reality just follows along, he used thunder on his swellow which gave it 'thunder armor' which protected it when it tackled a rock-type. And stats have little relevance along with levels again hat pikachu should be like level 250+ (I know that's not possible) with how long it been training but still sucks in new areas.
