Hey! You're from Moncton? OMG...I seriously have never heard an accent like yours and I'm from PEI! Is that what a Moncton accent sounds like? Sounds almost french-canadian... Whoever says the Maritimes only has one accent is crazy, there's at least 12 accents here in PEI alone... and you could be from the other side of the world your accent is so different from mine! Actually, I'm from Sainte-Anne de Madawaska (North East New Brunswick). I've been living in Moncton for the past 11 years).
As for accents, New Brunswick has over 25 different local variations on the french-english. Shiaque (Moncton's variation). Languages are always fun and sometime funnier when they come from our back yard. ;D
The only thing I hate about PEI is the toll. You don't pay to get onto the island but need to pay to get off. lol

Gibberish is only when people aren't listening or when they are and there's no sense that can be made of what you're trying to say. I may look calm but, if I'm too passionate about something, it comes out sounding like a murder of crows. ;>
