  • I have an idea...how about these "communities" get "organized" within their own neighborhoods and help eliminate the drugs, guns, poverty, teenage pregnancy, trash, theft, gangs, abuse of women & children and dropout rates. Don't "HOPE" for someone to provide handouts...thinking it will "CHANGE" anything.
