I don't blame Grace at all for being so angry at Sam. Besides losing her baby, think of all the times Grace fawned over Ivy and talked about what a great friend she was, while Ivy was draping herself all over Sam and trying to seduce him behind Grace's back. It's incredibly embarrassing and could have been avoided if Sam had just told the truth.
