There is one problem. Most homemade beers and i guess your beer too isnt truly homemade becouse you buy malt and yeast from malt & yeast producers. I am making malt and hops myself but not yeast. So even i am not true home brewer. But its good video and i am realy intrested in Grodziskie piwo. Is guy from 1:18 to 1:24 making his own smoked malt for that beer?
@Voodoozeko That's fine with me. Nobody makes glass bottles at home, rarely someone will have his own spring/well (with RO filter - nowadays basic necessity), and water is main factor deciding beer's taste. One of this corporations used to distibute one brand made in two breweries strictly to same areas, becuse due to different water quality beer test was different. And yes: Homebrewing is the future:) Good luck!
