i also play this game in psp and my weapon is iron katana (eager cleaver)

it's really hard to kill this bastard because he always come to water and shoot some sort of water ray gun(?)

if you a swordsman i suggest to you that bring a lot of sonic bomb(that causes this monster to get out on the water)and then that's your chance to slice him..

just don't get too near to him and it might use his ultimate tackle.

just study his rhythm b'coz they program to do always the same thing...

warnex try getting katana "blood" its dealts fire damage and its the more basic weapon for beginners and wear full khezu as it have a better res against water

on a second thought, its harder to get carves for plesioth using a gunbow unless you know the hp and kill it on land

hehe.. I'm a newbi to the game but I did manage to capture this guy. I used A Blue Blade Bow I/ full Ceanatar gunner armor. I suggest skipping this guy when you first get it and just move on 2 the other quests and come back to it.

the first time i was able to kill it was with a bowgun, i suggest for newbies to use long range weopans (bows, light bowguns, heavy bowgunes) to kill the plesioths and gycerperos when they first come across them.

when your star 2 don't try to kill it you don't need to.

and the gypceros, its -4 weak to fire. it's like a kut-ku it's just differant attacks and more health.. i suggest wyvern blade fall or red wing..
