  • three people have no soul

  • Ethereal, formless, consigned to an obscuring mist, dreaming of elysium, waking to purgatory. A dream of pulchritude; the gaunt prison of reality.

  • @Seraphimal Is that from a book or a poem?

  • best song a

    bout death ever

  • This song deserved a spot on Disc 1.

  • If you want to purchase these as MP3s go to Radiohead's UK merchandise store: waste uk com

  • A ghost floating in the void, seeing life happen, seeing the living live, seeing the living love, cannot be seen or acknowledged, unable to impact the world around him/her, a forever prison, a bad joke, an empty nothing.........

  • May I say that it's refreshing to hear people reflect on what the music makes them feel. It's like a gateway into you imagination.

    ...erherm... Carry on

  • Falling asleep, having a wonderful dream and then waking up to realize life isn't as good as it is in your dreams.

  • @xXAminalCrackerXx but when you do realise reality is better than your dreams, then in your in love.

  • pouring a bowl of frosted flakes into your favorite cereal bowl and jamming the spoon into them with a satisfying crunch, then opening the fridge and finding out that there is only 3 drops of milk left in the jug and they smell bad.

  • Seeing my ex Girlfriend crying... that's what brings to my memory.... slow motion, the two of us alone... and the after....

  • Stumbling around in the dust after a plane crash...

  • driving in the mountains in the middle of the night watching guard rails blur past

  • This song remind me italian post-rock band "Giardini di Mirò"... anyway, great radiohead song.

  • imagine the dreams you'd have going to sleep to this lullaby

  • GORGEOUS song.

  • I've never heard this radiohead song till now; but I can imagine a music video with blurry-slowmotion footage of a plane crash site.

  • You got it right man, blurry slowmotion! may be a little bit of Thom Yorke feeling the pain floating under water, cool!

  • geez! how many discs for In Rainbows did they have?!

  • Two.

  • Great song to do the Dew...finally sum make love music!! One of my Favs and Reckoner too

  • I think now would be a good time to add that right after I posted my first comment, I turned off every light in my house, pressed play, turned off the computer screen, and laid down with my eyes closed on the floor (I live out in the country, so it's pretty quiet where I live). I swear.....I think I left Earth for three minutes and fifty-one seconds.

  • lol i live out there too and i was just thinking of doing something like that before i read your comment. My idea, either lay in the grass, or visit my little get away in the woods while its cloudy and listen to this. Little bit of wind, silence, and go slowly. Perfect.

  • I definitely agree with xironmaidenx, this song sounds exactly like the soundtrack to a dream.

they captured it perfectly, it feels like walking through a thick fog, trying to find someone as they call out your name...my words can't do justice to this kind of musical beauty, so i'll just stop now, close my eyes, and let this song roll over me.

  • Close your eyes when you listen to this.

  • I can´t help myself, but this song reminds me Pink Floyd little bit...the guitar in this song sounds me like pure Gilmour´s one...I take it as a positive thing cause I love PF, too.

    All in all...enbeliavebly deep song

  • sigur ros

  • What about Sigur Ros?

  • theyve been listening to them

  • Radiohead and Sigur Ros tied for my favorite band. I just recently got into Radiohead actually, and they are soooo good, but Sigur Ros is also amazing. Check them out if you haven't before.

  • Sigur Ros is fantastic.

Have you seen their film, "Heima"? If not, I'd highly suggest checking it out. It's captivatingly-gorgeous.

  • When the guitar riff kicks in, you know how strong Radiohead can get... reminds me a bit of Where is my mind? of Pixies (only when the second guitar starts), notably at the end scene of Fight Club (Great movie BTW).

  • Bm, F#, G, F# , Em

  • fuck man

  • fucking... fucking- (sob)damn good music!

  • this song sounds like a dream.

    cliche as it sounds..

just close your eyes and listen. fuckin incredible stuff.
