  • 9:57 Ritchie's Friend? Yeah um they were more then just friends. lol

  • Im suppose to be writing an essay...Yeah right like thats going to happen now, im educationing my self about some of the greatest artists of all time. why cant we learn about this stuff in school. i would love writing an essay about this awesomeness.

  • Niki Sullivan, who wound up leaving the Crickets in 1957, died in 2004 in Missouri. He played a role in the Cricket's success before leaving. While recording "Peggy Sue", Buddy and the band was not satisfied with the sound of the record, Sullivan fiddled with Buddy's amplifier and the trademark guitar solo got put on the record.

  • THE BIG BOPPER is a legend, I have his photo by my bed.

  • Buddy Holly is truly a musical legend. Whether you love him or hate him. The mans from Texas. I personally don't like people from Texas. But Buddy has been places that nobody has in music. He' played for a short time. And he's more famous than anybody in the musical business. Props to Buddy.

  • Am I the only one lmao when I see these squares with dorky glasses saying "Rock N Roll is cool daddy and you know it"?? lol maybe its just me

  • If I had a time machine I would save thegreat artists!

  • @Schmidteren While your at it, dont forget to stop Mark David Chapman from murdering John Lennon and stop Aaliyah from going in that helicopter.

  • donna's dad was an asshole !

  • @LoserMillionaire Yeah he was and I just read recently he forced her to try a singing career, capitalizing on Ritchie's death

  • @VirgoGal74 What?!

  • @027220 Yeah I bought a book recently called "The Day the Music Died" by Larry Lehmer where Donna is interviewed and talks about that - look for the book on eBay or Amazon. Very interesting!

  • @VirgoGal74 What a 'loser.'

  • @027220 Yeah, if you remember in "La Bamba" how much of a jerk he was. Just like the way Rose's mom treated Jack in "Titanic," lol

  • @VirgoGal74 I do, makes ya 'feel' like smacking him, And Rose's mom was dumb, Rose'd be 'dead' if not for Jack.
